– A bit of stretching and yoga before work – we can all imagine how good this is for our day!

– A full 80 minute Hatha Yoga class with pranayama (breathing techniques for calming the mind and cleaning the body), meditation, asanas (physical exercises) and a 20 min Yoga Nidra session (guided relaxation exercise done in a supine position).
